This blog has been established for those of you who love and care about my brother, Dennis M. Rich. Dennis battled sarcoma for over two years. His strength and courage is truly inspiring. This is a piece of his story.
I really hope I can see Ma smile like that again, really smile. We are all forever changed, each and every one of us. We miss you so much Dennis. Just like you wanted though, we won't miss you in silence, we will talk about you and laugh about all the good times whenever we are together.
When Jodi first starting dating Dennis she told me that she met this guy who was too good to be true. She said there was something so different this time. Then I met him myself and understood her completely. There was something so extra special in Dennis. His love for life, his compassion for others, his ability to see laughter in just about everything, his undying love and devotion to family & friends. I always told Jodi- Dennis keeps people on their toes, he makes you want to be a better person. How does this happen to someone? Then I met Jeannie and Dennis and my answer was solved. They raised a an incredible son. They have passed their love and devotion to family and friends down on through 7 wonderful children. I think about them everyday and I hope and pray that they are able to find some peace in this tradgedy. Dennis would want that. With Love-Jane
