Originally I had told some of you to turn your sponsor sheets/check donations in on the day of the walk. In speaking with one of the coordinators, I found out the following information:
NSMC will tally the totals in a fundraising database after the walk, so it will take a few weeks to get our true team total. This is why it is extremely helpful if you mail in sponsor sheets before or after the walk. Turning them in on the day of the walk is extremely hectic.
Also, please try to complete an entire sponsor sheet (if you need one email bettslevine@metrocast.net), not just put one donation on them because they are very costly to produce.
