Remembrance
You can shed tears that he is gone,
or you can smile because he has lived.
You can close your eyes
and pray that he’ll come back,
or you can open your eyes
and see all he has left.
You heart can be empty
because you can’t see him,
or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow
and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow
because of yesterday.
You can remember him
and only that he’s gone,
or you can cherish his memory
and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind,
be empty and turn your back,
or you can do what he’d want:
smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

I love Dennis' smile in that first picture.
I can hear his laughter now.
I hope Dennis is really smiling now and at peace. The last couple of years Dennis still smiled but I know there was alot of pain and worry behind his smile. If he is at peace , I know he will send some to the girls and me. He was always looking out for us. We love you Dennis, Jodi & the girls oxox
Jodi, I am sure that Dennis is resting in peace because he knows that you will take care of the girls and his spirit is what's helping guide you. Have faith in yourself you are doing a great job and that's what makes him able to rest in peace.
Each of the girls will always carry a piece of thier Dad with them he will always be in thier hearts just as they were always in his. He is only a thought away.
love you,Auntie Paula
